As someone that works there, though, I gotta say staffing-wise, the turnover isn't awful if you have a good manager.

Also I know Starbucks espresso isn't nearly the same as Italian coffee, but it was a good intro to slowly becoming addicted to espresso, lol.

i like a good frappuccino definitely!!! but im a little spoiled when it comes to drip coffee and espresso because in that case italians DO make it better :-P:-P:-P

like i said im prbly spoiled/biased because i had the coffee and cappuccinos mama made long before i had starbucks. so by the time i had starbucks i just found it super bitter and burnt tasting??? like....it has a weird aftertaste to me??

i can taste the difference when I go elsewhere, there's a couple places in Pasadena that roast their own coffee
