if you try to observe how his body behaves, i.e., the way his flips slows down mid-air, it kinda shows the momentum of the weights as he throws it upward.
no way that's 25kgs kasi x 2 pa yun. anyway, i haven't really tried lifting those crossfit type weights that look big but are way lighter, those look similar to that.
