[MAKAI SENKI project] overhauled the text for the beginner infobox since it's one of the first things you see on the main page

orig write of it was done in october and mostly as a placeholder. figured it was time to revamp it so it's more concise with what the wiki is about

haven't added anything major yet; working on getting a external hard drive for my workrig's backup, so it'll be some time before any actual work begins. am getting framework and stuff laid out tho
