The surviving members of legendary rock group Spin̈al Tap - Nigel Tufnel, David St. Hubbins, and Derek Smalls- have teamed with filmmaker Marty DiBergi to sue Vivendi for $400 million.

This looks like it's gonna be a nice shitshow hitting Vivendi.
