I am one person being asked to do the jobs of two people

Surgeries are finished! It should not be so goddamn hard to find someone to help me answer the fucking phone while Nicole takes her lunch

I'm not asking for fun, and I'm not asking for my health, because I bet my blood pressure spikes every time you tell me to "ask so-and-so" like I've just made the world's most unreasonable request

We're usually a really good team, which is what makes this extra frustrating!

No one likes to blur the line between the front and the back though

But with a clinic this small and understaffed, thats kind of an unavoidable necessity

yeah, the thing is being a team does mean helping cover all bases, especially when short staffed
