[Crochet Things] Since I'm new to this..

I've spent the last few days working at things, only to figure out after watching a tutorial video yesterday that I've been doing things wrong.

Now that I've corrected my mistake...

I found it at Wal-Mart last night for $1.50 a little ball. It's dark enough that if I keep practicing with it, it won't look so dirty. I was having that problem with the lighter one I was using.

I have some really nice Wool, but I don't want to use that for playing around with, once I figure out how to do something a bit more... fancy, I'll make a scarf or something. Until then I'm like... /plays with cheap yarn~

that's a good thing to do, though doesn't the variegated make it hard to see sometimes?

It is a fine color. it isn't difficult on they eyes, and I can see what I'm doing clear enough.
