Thunder without rain is really really unsettling.

it's pouring now, but for a while we were just having thunder and it was making me all anxious. Because without rain I default to: bomb exploding, plane crashing, edritch horror breaking through the sound barrier.

regular paranoia, regular paranoia, COSMIC PARANOIA

but yeah, no, I generally find thunder unsettling!

yeah it's not being afraid it's like.. i dunno in a constant state of being startled.

usually the sky doesn't make noises at me
