like the whole console crashed and came back up with an error message about the firmware and then it jumped back to the menu back to normal

it didn't even give me an error code, just a message saying something was wrong

so i put it in rest mode with the controller plugged in and tried to turn it back on but it couldn't

but when i unplugged the controller it started working.....?
