Saturday night, I dreamed that I went to some sporting event that was being hosted by a local LGBT group. I went alone and somehow ended up sitting with a group of jerk teen boys, who gave me shit until I reported them, then they broke my camera and telephoto lens in retaliation.

I cried in the dream and then woke with real tears running down my face

this is probably the first time I've woken up actually crying from a dream

I have pretty horrible nightmares regularly so I can sympathize

Aw, thanks the intensity of response was more weird to me than anything. My nightmares are usually more disturbing or uncomfortable than hurtful

they're also pretty uncommon, I can't imagine getting them regularly, ugh

That makes sense. Luckily I've only actually woke up crying 2 or 3 times but yeah, it can definitely stick with you
