Since I start selling frame sets, I've been receiving bunch of customer requests constantly that should be sent to other store owners, because they contact "creator" of the vendor or the sign, not "owner" or "person who received their money"

some customers are really really pissed when they first contacted me, yet I'm enjoying this random customer services... I always feel happy at the end of conversations.

yes, it's customer service that always ends well because whatever they're upset about turns out to be someone else's fault, not yours lol.

also you'll be getting those complaints basically forever, as long as the frames sell.

actually I've never had bad customer requests, several customers made me cry in rl by sharing their beautiful family stories/memories though.

yeah I'm lucky I've never had bad customer service either. People are mostly very nice!

Yeah I know they are very nice... so wonder why I'm so being shy and afraid of strangers lol

lol I feel your pain.. I made the bag that Belleza uses.. I get CSR requests alllll the time. Usually angry ones.
