Since I start selling frame sets, I've been receiving bunch of customer requests constantly that should be sent to other store owners, because they contact "creator" of the vendor or the sign, not "owner" or "person who received their money"

yes, it's customer service that always ends well because whatever they're upset about turns out to be someone else's fault, not yours lol.

actually I've never had bad customer requests, several customers made me cry in rl by sharing their beautiful family stories/memories though.

yeah I'm lucky I've never had bad customer service either. People are mostly very nice!

lol I feel your pain.. I made the bag that Belleza uses.. I get CSR requests alllll the time. Usually angry ones.
