I kinda hate Missouri sometimes.

This is election year behavior. Every election, people will turn political books backwards. Usually I look forward to it being over.

This year, it hasn't stopped. I'm always having to rescue Trump's books, which irks me to begin with.

But it's even branching out beyond politics.

I mean, if "make a tiny mess in the bookstore" is the limit of your political expression, you have failed right out of the gate.

At the same time, the disruption of a usual pattern concerns me. I've worked in that store twelve years, and this shit usually stops when the election is over. It seems everyone, everywhere, of every persuasion, is buckling down for a fight.
