maybe once school starts up again i can get some time in an actual gym setting... but for now it's all home workouts

my plan is to pick up skipping since i can do it after work in the yard and then start jogging once it's light in the evenings again

Omg Adriene has a 'gentle morning' or something workout which was pretty killer XD

It was! Her "yoga for beginners" is like 40 minutes and at the end she's like "stay in corpse pose as long as you feel like it" and nope I'm not moving I'm done

This is the stupidest most generic advice ever but you don't have to do a pose completely perfect it's more an idea of working towards a goal than showing you this is what you have to do

Also if it's something you're interested in doing I totally suggest in investing in a really thick mat because your knees will thank you

Other than that it's a matter of finding things you like to do and I speak as someone who is not fit at all

Also, the guys at my yoga tend to have a harder time reaching some of the same poses at the women. Maybe it's a muscle thing?
