Snailquake : If the injection was placed well it'll take a few days to diffuse and start calming down the inflammation. Sometimes it gets much worse before is gets better.

I'm a bit more functional today than I was yesterday, but I have to be careful to not use my shoulder or the cortisone will be out of the tissues too soon
