A question for girls who shave their hooha... do you ever notice spots that look like blood blisters?

It's not either, cause they're in the same spot every month. I can go over them, the blood will clear then come back, and they won't open either.

It's not bumpy or raised though, it's flat against my skins surface and doesn't hurt
