I had someone get mad at me once because I wouldn't give out a cell number willy nilly. I get this pain.

Worst part is, this isn't some idiot rando who wants to be a client. This is an arbitrator who should KNOW BETTER!

If he wanted you to have his cell number, you'd HAVE IT. We've got a conference call service we use, you will use THAT NUMBER.
