Okay. I'm on day three of this headache. The only conclusion I can draw is that the nasal spray is somehow affecting my cold and making it so I have a constant sinus headache. I'm going to try tea.

Yeees. I struggle with sinuses a lot and hot beverages work well for me

so does steam. If you can hover over a sink of bowl of hot water with a towel over your head for a little while, it should help

seconding the hydration - cold meds can be very dehydrating and that in itself can give you headaches

Nasal sprays are good for about 1-2 days. I've found any longer and they dry out the crud in my head without allowing it to drain

Yeah, the nasal spray isn't a cold med. It's a standard med I take because of allergies.

And in a desert clime, things don't get cold enough to freeze, so I almost always get allergies and they've gotten worse over the last year or two.

I remember when we were living in Cali, and there were a few days it got down to roughly 19 or so, and felt far warmer there than it was in the Midwest.

Right? I get cold enough to wear a heavy sweatshirt sometimes, but that's usually about it.
