i've figured out that if i have coffee, it has to be with bottled water, and has to be weak

i've been using (regrettably) cheap instant coffee at home, measuring out a small amount and drowning it with sugar and creamer

but i can only have one cup in a day

the coffee at work, while made with filtered water i have no problem drinking, is too strong

this is sad, because it tastes so much better

also i bought some no-slip bands and i think. maybe. they weren't meant to be worn like headbands.

because the one i was wearing just snapped off and is. who knows where in the room now
