ahhh, yeah, gotta love people like that. a call came in today from a Taco Bell in socal, the guy had a really, really thick Hispanic accent. i had to keep asking him to slow down since my hearing is crap

he then asked if he was being "too mexican" for me. no, and im sorry, but i literally couldnt understand a word of the tech issue he was having and i can't troubleshoot if i don't know what im troubleshooting

tbf most of the calls i get are at least management level needing support for equipment, so it doesn't happen often and most people are great, but sometimes you get a manager or person in a hurry

due to rush or whatever, and if the register wont work it understandbly stresses them out. most don't take it out on us, but the few that do are real treasures

I mean, I'm laughing NOW. But somehow he got to me. I think it was the talking over me combined with the insults that did it. Like, I tried to explain but he was dead set on us being racist.
