[work] Things that are sad, me going 'yay, I didn't have to call down the escalation list for x account' and being totally sincere

I love this job so much compared to my last two but oh my gods the amoun of o/cs who don't answer their pagers etc for ridic amounts of time

(andthen get pissy if we use their alt method when we can prove we tried the primary )

so yes a primary answering quickly always makes me happy
