False DMCA takedown requests are perjury.

They don't persecute them. Youtube has never pushed for that.

Look at all of the false DMCAs from the Creationists v Atheist days and even with people false DMCAing the Drunken Peasants. They're videos get reinstated, no punishment for the false claimer.

Just because it's illegal doesn't people don't do it.
