Feeling very sad. Whitney went out and bought me this huge and wonderful animated Robin Hood statue. It came in today. I was excited to open it up. Upon doing so, I found it to be very broken. Just. Ugh.

I am bummed out because I quickly found it to be broken before having a second to be really excited for it. She is sad about it because she wanted to get me something lovely, and feels like she failed.

Upside, we both are working together to get hold of the company that sent it and hope they can replace it.

replacing it should happen, so that more happiness can be had! The good thoughts, though, were there, so that's neat!

Yeah, we have an email out to them last night, but considering the cost and rarity of this item, I will be calling this afternoon if I do not hear anything.

Robin's bow was warped and his string sat on his face. Skippy's feet were both broken entirely. His hat had chipped in the back where he dug into Robin's tunic, scraping the paint off on it, too.

I love this thing so much. I am so sorry.
