Morning break, only 2/3 of a day left until vacation

also lol so much for getting any tags done today even if there WERE time between calls, I just got 22 address corrections to do

many of these involve calling the customer, finding out that 3 of the 4 numbers we have on file are disconnected, getting yelled at on the 4th one because it's not actually the owners' #

or worse, getting yelled at because I work for the government in general

IDEFC today though, vacation starts tonight.

and break over, back in a couple hours for lunch
