when Bill or Barack talk about this & they know her and the job it seems like a personal endorsement of how they think she'll do, based on their experience and memory

when a random person on facebook insists that she's the most qualified candidate ever it makes them seem like they haven't really thought about it.

and it's not like it really matters if HRC is the most qualified or the 3rd most qualified or the 5th or whatever. she's not Donald Trump.

she has a much more impressive resume than Donald Trump.
