But wasn't. I call there and the nice lady checked on it for me and the guys said that nobody was here (we both were, the man is too sick to go out and i was too exhausted). And they said they tried to call

but neither my landline nor my cell shows a missed call... i call bullshit

either way the guy is already off-duty and now it is luck if we get it tomorrow... otherwise monday... with no water or food in the house.. this was our weekend stuff

did you complain to a manager?

well the lady at the phone said she's contacting the market and will tell them how urgent it is in hopes that we'll get it tomorrow. She gave me a number to call if it is not there by 1pm tomorrow.

I did the same this afternoon and within 2 hours I received both an text message and even a phone call with the exact moment that they will be delivering tomorrow.

So it might be a fluke in their system. Hope it does get delivered tomorrow

The service we use let's you track the shopper, it's creepy but I like it and it relieves my anxiety to stalk their GPS.

A while back I tried Amazon Fresh for my grocery delivery and they'd show up like they're supposed to, but wouldn't deliver the whole order. Things were always missing, and there was no way to report it or get

money back or anything.

One time it was like half my order missing.

wow that sucks! we were considering using that service.

I recommend not using Amazon Fresh. It's not like this happened once. It happened like 5 times.
