A friend of mine lost an ovary to a rather large cyst a couple of years ago. I remember her saying it was a very painful experience.

Ibuprofen will help with the inflammation, and ease the discomfort.

there's a good chance they should, they might not be able to do it in their office, but they should have a listing of places that'll help without costing you a fortune.

they might have someone on-site it depends on your state's opinion of PP, local donors and what doctors in the area donate their time to it. At the very least they can direct you to places equipped to handle it

I might have to give them a call sometime this week. I'm just so worried that it's my hypochondria going haywire and that I'm going to end up spending a lot of money for something that wasn't wrong at all.

Which is exactly why I never go to the doctor's at all. I'm so caught up in that it's probably all in my head and I convince myself that it's not that serious and that I'm perfectly fine.
