I was just at Wal-mart and saw an old lady with a dog in her cart. The dog was dressed in a shirt and a little blue tutu.

Like, I get the whole "pets are like family" thing, but... do you really need to dress your dog up and take it to Walmart...

And it bugs me because that is pretty clearly not a service animal

... (Shakes head) I only see two, maybe three reasons to clothe an animal. A. service vest, b. protection from elements (i.e. giving short-haired dogs jackets in places with harsh winters), or c. very briefly+
