Sometimes if I'm away from my computer fir a long time and getting antsy about tags, I draft them first in an email or google doc. I can edit them once I'm off mobile and then tag bomb.

not being able to tag from my phone has to do with stupid things like my email not being able to unstack and dw not liking to open, but also it'd take half an hour to type one tag to most of my threads
