Today is also fathers day. I am not a fan of holidays. It's so much pressure. I don't know what to get my dad. I never do. I used to just buy him a massive bag of peanut M&Ms but he has diabetes now...oops.

Any grocery store including walmart etc usually has bags of sugarfree candy. I am diabetic too. Can't eat a ton of it all at once like handfulls of M&M's but if you can find the Hershey brand of sugarfree

stuff it tastes really good and satisfys my sweet tooth!

That's a stellar idea...but my dad still eats sugar. He is stubborn. He ate half a chocolate pie last time I was over there...smh. He takes pills for his diabetes but I warn him. He don't listen.

I'll definitely get sugar free candy today, though, to send a message lol

Yeah it is tough. I am type 1 and so is my dad, we have always been on shots but even my dad still has those moments that make me sigh and I try to drop little hints to get him to change his diet but he seems

stuck in his ways.

I always got mine a few DVDs for birthday/holidays. We share pretty similar taste in movies so it worked well. Being on another continent, however... heh.

My dad is 62 and a hardcore PC gamer. He really is only into his games lol

World of Tanks and World of Planes I think. He's a Vietnam vet who physically left the war but not mentally lol
