my housemate is such a sound guy

so sound, that when he tells me not to use the shower and I point out it's fine if you're careful

(there's an issue with the seals between the bath and the floor, so if you get water outside the bath, it leaks through to the ceiling)

(basically, as long as the water stays inside the tub, it's fine)
