work has just been insane and no one knows why. like just everything has been going wrong this week, from shit breaking to medical issues to too many newbie ducklings who don't know what to do

just like, it's no one's fault and everyone's trying their best but it's just like a confluence of shitty situations

so even the most upbeat of us are frustrated and frazzled
