so apparently either: 1. i can get colds from allergies, or, 2. what i thought were allergies was just a v strangely presenting cold

but, vaguely tmi - i started coughing today and yup tastes like a chest cold

and then i started coughing so hard i was gagging a little and immediately just gave in and bought cold meds

i'm starting to wonder at this point if i ever just. if this is just one continuous cold that goes dormant for periods bc it's starting to feel like it.

also it totally sapped my appetite and i wasn't v hungry yesterday or the day before, so now my stomach is all acidic too

...actually i think i've mostly just been eating a light meal a day for like four or five days now. which is about when it started to feel like my temperature regulation went to shit, so it made sense

yeah i've been drinking a bunch of water and shit lately since i was already losing a bunch sweating for no apparent reason. but i get chest colds alllllll the time

but i was like. sneezing like crazy yesterday and had a stuffy nose like it wasn't at all how i usually get sick - it was p much exactly how allergies work for me.

I agree about the Mucinex and water, but also, keep in mind that if you're already congested from allergies, the mucus can get infected.

i've also heard nasalcrom is a good nasal spray that actually helps prevent allergies but i'm not a fan of sprays

yeah the mucus went from just normal shit to v thick and gross in the like. nine hours i was at work. that was why i was like 'ohhh yeah def chest cold'
