/crossing fingers for an editing job

Friend I'm in a writing group with previously published a book and did his own editing. The publishing company he used has since folded, with rights returned. The book... needs help.

Lots of dialogue ended in periods inside the quotes when there's a dialogue tag, and worse, there's a space between every paragraph.

Also sent in a bid for a $100 gig changing the tense from present to past over 17k.

Would be nice if 90% of the posts in the buyer requests board weren't actually sellers posting ads in poor English... as proofreaders.
