He was so full of bullshit about the houses

he showed us that we don't feel inclined to believe him!
But we'll tell our agent anyway Especially if he will then pass that message on to the person who has made the low offer.

His attempt to poach us, when he knew full well that we'd signed a contract, has really put us off buying either of the properties he was selling.
