He's wearing a long-sleeved shirt, over a T-shirt, in Miami, dancing around on a stage with as much electro-pyro as three Daft Punk concerts. Notice he managed to soak through both layers.

I've never been to Miami (Orlando several times though), but I've always been curious about it. I may end up down there next year though, and I'll give the long sleeves thing a try
