though I think you may also be able to sort of skip ahead and click on Crossbones in the little civil war icon menu, but I'm not sure about that. I did the quests and it popped up

well there's a little icon about getting a head start on him, but I'm only just upgrading for level 3 hydra dudes so I can't get any of the stuff I need

yeah, I'm not able to get anything I need for him either except the tokens that you get from choosing a side and training your team

I don't even have any level 4 guys around, I was so confused because it's the same stuff you need to upgrade the embassy and I was like... wherre the hell do I get this stuff

I think mine showed up after I had to pick a side, but I'm already at level 3 with them so I don't have level 2 guys around anymore, so maybe that's the trigger, I dunno

I feel like a good chunk of people were progressing too quickly with Sharon that they rushed out part of episode 3 to give them something to do, but in doing so it doesn't make a lot of sense

just beware of spoilers if you don't wanna know what's coming next. they have dataminers that look in the code to find otu future characters/events/etc
