The only one of these guys I've heard about is Sky, and his fans are known to be really, really annoying.

I'm guessing that Direwolf20, PaulSoresJr, and the rest of the big Minecraft Youtubers I've actually heard of weren't interested in this merchandising deal, or weren't approached.
