By our town's Minutemen and Militiamen on April 19th, the day of the famous "Shot Heard Round the World" in Concord and Lexington, Massachusetts.

*1775, that is.

Revolutionary War cool stuff, in other words, up to and including the folks from our town's contingent of Revolutionary War re-enacters.

Surprisingly high number of gals cross-costumed in male Colonist garb, but that'd be me if I had the time and resources (and a flintlock rifle).

I wish I'd taken some pics afterwards, since you had the very surreal sight of guys in said garb checking their smartphones.

And one lady in a 18th century homespun dress pushing a very 21st century baby stroller.
