Just my thinking about last Arrow at least when it comes to Kristen.

Kristen will become a mom hen when it comes to Team Flash and her need to care will kick into overdrive. She may not have known Laurel well beyond a few meetings but she knew her via the stories.

She'll also become everyone's shoulder but especially Barry's, he pulled her through so now its her turn. To her that's what love it, being there for the people you care about.

She'll attend the funeral if asked by Team Flash as moral support but would be hidden in the back I'm thinking. She'll also hug Thea and anyone from Arrow she thinks needs one.

I think Barry would ask her to come

Cisco knew Laurel better then he did and he would need the support in order to stay behind.

She'll be there in a heartbeat and become moral support for Cisco too.

And one for Thea: since she's got the NYC ties via her freelance Defender status she shoulders those calls with some major hand holding.

I can see Sam, Felicity, Barry and Kirsten all grouped together around Matt and Thea like a wall of protection.

and Oliver kind of off to the side quickly realizing how he's alienated everyone.

I actually had the idea of Sam and Matt going "We will proscute Darhk" for Laurel

legally they couldn't do that in real life but man in RP it can totally happen.
