so i think the thing that bugs me about roxy landing the final blow on condesce is that the fight ends up looking like the roxy show featuring these other people

like I'm not unhappy about Karkat - he would have been cool in a fight with condie or spades slick but I have zero complaints about him here

terezi may not have had any big moments either, but she was at least shown to be a vital part of the fight

Like I've seen complaints about her being sidelined in the fight by strider man pain but it's like

i think a roxy+kanaya combo would have been the most narratively satisfying, because there are definitely thematic points to roxy getting it

Terezi ain't even God tier and she's holding her own, she was instrumental to getting here and she knows it,

but it hasn't been as much of his entire character arc as the mst likely place for his arc to finish

but hopefully kanaya at least gets her big moment with starting the vast croak

i guess i was just hoping for something in this fight acknowledging why kanaya's there at all, to wipe out the old alternian tyranny so they can establish something new
