I talked to this lady a full month ago about bills they needed to pay from December

I had to call her again yesterday, because there still hadn't been a payment and they'd placed a new order

told her her current delivery would have to be COD, because she said she didn't know when they'd make the payment

And then she calls back now: "we didn't know about this, but we mailed a check this morning, the delivery guy will be here in fifteen minutes, can you cancel the COD?"

either they let us know they'll send the next check with our driver at their next delivery, or they mail it and we give them two weeks from mail date for it to get into our system
