Be polite about it, don't bring up any reasons why you are doing so, remain professional, do not get angry if they slip or if someone else from the company calls you the wrong thing. Never sound annoyed about

it at any point, or let anything slip that it might be a frustration, etc. Professional above all else.

Use quotes on your resume and your preferred given name on LI.

Last names are harder to explain and deal with, but in terms of address it at least gets you there
