we have the options: 1. send Owen to childminder for £7 her hour, totally £70 for a day. 2. Lee takes a day off. 3. I take a day off.

It's a bit tricky this morning. Lee needs time to let his boss know if he is having tomorrow off. I got in work late, bus was late, then went into a meeting straight away

didn't have enough time to discuss to Lee. He hasn't got enough notice and won't be able to take a day off tomorrow

So I will be at home tomorrow looking after Owen... it's staff development day and I have booked myself 3 training sessions to go though...

There's no plan B for us at well apart from sending Owen to childminder and spend £70 a day... which is more than what I've earn a day!

小孩生病比較麻煩~花七十鎊也沒人要收~除非妳找一對一的~婆婆不舒服不會常有~妳真的不行就要立請了~生病沒有notice的~孩子生病也是

: 我必須要說以前單身時我們對有孩子的同事常常遲到早退這件事還蠻感冒的 (不過該同事在辦公室時也是摸魚一族 所以我們總覺得她是拿孩子當藉口而已)

我打工後..如果小孩病了有一個人都會想請假回家..但是不是太嚴重的我都說不用!!我叫公婆帶...

要說到符合經濟效益，就一定是我請假，他賺的比較多啊！我沒有公婆隨時可以帶，我婆婆要帶小孩，都要前一天就來我家住的！這時候就好希望爸媽住在旁邊...

還有特別的假單是專為這種情況設計的..我忘記叫啥了.是照顧dependent,因為老爺先前身體不好,我臨時找不到安置的就是請這種假. holiday也可以拿來請掉呀.

因為我同事就請好幾次了,他還跟我說你真的挺幸福的,有人可以顧小孩. 他們也是丈母娘幫忙顧2天,送childminder3天.

我記得法律有規定說家有不知道幾歲的幼兒,家長可以請假照顧的,因為這是家長的責任.

我不知道學校的規定是怎樣，要問問看才知道。我沒有年假啊！我的年假就是期中假跟寒暑假，立有年假可以請就是，所以如果我們早上溝通的早，他是可以請假的

孩子生病也是沒辦法送childminder的 一定是家人之間自己協調看誰請假

一定要有plan b，我前一陣子也發現備案真的太太重要了！是說childminder 一小時7鎊不就比nursery 還貴？！
