hot shower.... well... I'm not as nauseous but now it hurts more

Cold's better than heat for migraines, I find. Heat always makes mine worse. A cold pack, a dark room, and some motrin and aspirin together. Also caffeine

see, I sometimes need cold on my forehead and heat on my neck.....
