now afternoon break and I am super ready to go home

calls have been back to back

luckily we did get our 2 hours off the phones this morning so I'm caught up except for the one project that just came in this morning

but jfc it should NOT be this busy

I've already taken 50 calls!

this is Monday level calls

(it's been Monday-level all week)

and the bright fluorescent over my head, like, vibrating juuuust in the edge of my peripheral vision is REALLY grating on me

after the holidays everyone goes crazy and needs to call?

apparently so

and it's not like we're down by anybody that would be making it fewer people taking calls

we're at a full house so far as I can tell
