Work today: There's demons in everything!!!! Set it on fire!!! OH GOD EVERYTHING IS ON FIRE NOW!!!

Okay so there's no fire but that's the feeling everything keeps going wrong

One system went down then another went while trying to fix the other

So the new agents are in tears because they don't know how to deal when one goes down let alone both

Experience agents are frustrated because they can deal with losing one but not both

And it's me and 4 others who were asked to be stand in managers while the mangers are off going OMG HOW DO WE FIX THIS!?

Like a crash course in being a psychologist

One has thankfully come back to life and the first is slowly limping back to normal
