She is the first customer in FIVE YEARS that I have had to threaten to hang up on because she was like a fucking broken record.

And I have had some really stupid/mean/volatile customers on the phone, but she... man

Also, protip. We have no sympathy for you if your entire argument is "I was late for class so I had to park illegally"

don't be late for class, then

manage your time

plan ahead

or accept the consequences for your choices
