I've found a solution to my Wii U problems. Bring out the Wii and let him have at it.

Because he's been hooked on Mario Kart 8 lately: Mario Kart Wii.

I can't seem to find an original Wii sensor bar though, so I have to let him use the Classic Controller Pro to control game selection in the game loader.

So have you tried putting the wiiu and games somewhere they can't reach it maybe or do you not have somewhere like that

The games are back in the office. The only two games out were Mario Kart 8 (which was in the drive) and Super Mario 3D World (which is now broken, unfortunately).

Bring out the Wii solves these issues: usage of game discs, since all the games are on a hard drive; monopolization of the Wii U, since it's not the same system; and ...

monopolization of the main television set, since the Wii is connected to a secondary set.

All in all, I think we're good to go. Honestly, since we don't actually watch TV really, I would've connected the Wii to the main TV and let him at it, but the composite jacks on the TV are jacked up ...

and I took the component cables to work to play PS3. I can bring those home now, since I'm too busy with school and web design to really do that now.
