I can't do this anymore

This sales agent sent me the wrong card. He sent me the credit card for a different customer

I'm so angry, I'm crying. This isn't my fault, but I'm scared they won't take my word for it

And the credit card info was printed on an encrypted link with the wrong company name and he put it on there

And I can't access that iron mountain container. I'm so fucking tired of this

And I tried to explain this so many god damn times to everyone else

They still didn't get it

I'm so fucking done, this place is so disorganized

We didn't even set up that account until the day after. When sales agents make mistakes they get free passes

And I am not okay with everyone else around them getting that blame
