i mean both have their merits though. like gsnk if its a smaller image of the character the icon ended up looking a lot nicer because the lines werent a mile in thickness???

yeah too thin is bad (see: shoujo manga & expressions in general just disappearing) but thick lines don't look as nice shrunk
