We finally got the A/C units in last night, THANK GOODNESS HELLO 88F. Also, I picked up some Fitflops and am re-training my legs/feet to them.

They are super-duper comfy on the heels and easy on my knees, but they use a LOT of stabilizer muscles in the legs/feet and those can be sore for the first week. Also my between-toe area needs toughening.

They are also a lot more expensive than they were six years ago when I bought my first pair, and there was only a choice of black or brown.

Gonna have to save up for those, but they'd be great to have for cooler months.
